He was able to pre inspect houses we put in offers on, as well as inspect the house we closed on! He did a very thorough inspection, and the report you recieve is very comprehensive. You get multiple formats including a searchable PDF with hyperlinks to the detailed pictures that were taken. We also recived a comprehensive checklist that made move in projects simple. I recently bought a new home and used Aaron of Inspection Boss for the inspection before putting in my offer.
