Aaron’s service can be summarized in three words: above and beyond. Within a few minutes of meeting him, it was clear that he was an extremely skilled and competent inspector. He did two inspections for me and each involved a mold test. He sent the test for examination quickly and when he learned that the test was delayed in the mail, he contacted the mold examiners to ensure that this test would be first in line for the following day. This guaranteed that I would learn the results in time to affirm or pull my offer on a condo. After we got the results, he carefully explained them to me over the phone, then connected me with others who could do further testing. Outside of the mold test, his inspection reports are extremely clear and readable. They include urgent fixes, things out of compliance, and not urgent but future fixes to make. I was blown away by how easy it was to understand everything, yet Aaron still made himself available to speak about it and answer any questions. I really can’t thank Aaron enough for his work, or recommend him enough. You will not go wrong by hiring him.

Aaron was AMAZING to work with! He was very professional and took great care not to disturb the home. He cleaned up after himself and left no mess. He was able to pre inspect houses we put in offers on, as well as inspect the house we closed on! He did a very thorough inspection, and the report you recieve is very comprehensive. You get multiple formats including a searchable PDF with hyperlinks to the detailed pictures that were taken. We also recived a comprehensive checklist that made move in projects simple. I recently bought a new home and used Aaron of Inspection Boss for the inspection before putting in my offer. I was under an extremely tight timeline, as another party was going to be putting in an offer on the home quickly, and Aaron came out the very next day for me! He was extremely thorough and provided me with an excellent, detailed report, and also a home maintenance document that I've found really helpful already since purchasing the home.
